Appointment of a CEO for METALLUM Group (Switzerland) Ltd

On December 1, 2009, Mr. Sébastien Repetti, who has headed successfully METALLUM Metal Trading Ltd in the last couple of years and is therefore familiar with the business and the strategic orientation of the group, has been appointed CEO of METALLUM Group (Switzerland) Ltd.

Mr. Repetti will manage the group with the support of an Executive Committee.
